To Register
To register for a Teacher Workshop, please copy and complete the following Tax Invoice (unless indicated otherwise, in the case of a special arrangement) and forward a copy of it, together with your cheque, to the address shown on the invoice. Alternatively, to pay by credit card, simply mark the corresponding box provided on the Tax Invoice and post, fax, or email it. You will then receive an email message to facilitate your secure credit card payment via PayPal (you do not need to have a PayPal account).
All workshops are subject to minimum and maximum numbers of participants. Places are allocated in order of receipt of paid registrations. When a workshop fills, this will be indicated on the listing of workshops below. Registrations will typically be confirmed by return email. In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, you will be informed prior to the scheduled date and your payment will not be processed.
Due to the time and expenditure involved in preparing for these workshops, bookings need to be binding. However, they are transferable to another person. Where a registered person cannot attend, a stand-by participant might therefore fill the reserved place.
Note. An Audience Response System will be a feature of all workshops.
