To register for an in-person teacher seminar or workshop shown above, please use the "Click for Registration Form" link at the bottom of this page. This will provide access to a recipient-completed Tax Invoice, in the form of a Word document, that also serves as your registration form. Download the form, complete it (using keyboard, or by hand after printing), email the completed form to us, and also pay on it.
If paying by cheque, kindly include a copy of this form in the same envelope. To pay by bank transfer, please credit the bank account shown on the invoice. To pay by credit card, simply mark the corresponding box provided on the Tax Invoice and you will then receive an email message to facilitate your secure credit card payment via PayPal (you do not need to have a PayPal account, and a surcharge applies).
Seminars/workshops are subject to minimum and maximum numbers of participants. Places are allocated in order of receipt of paid registrations. When an event fills, this will be indicated on the listing of seminars/workshops above. Registrations will typically be confirmed by return email.
Due to the time and expenditure involved in delivering these seminars/workshops, and especially travel, bookings need to be binding. However, they are transferable to another person. Where a registered person cannot attend, a stand-by participant might therefore fill the reserved place.
